Haldra

Terms of Use

Last updated 10 July 2026

Haldra is licensed to you, not sold. These terms describe what you are agreeing to when you install it and when you subscribe.

Your licence

On iPhone and iPad, your use of Haldra is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which you can read at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. On Android, you are granted the same rights: a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Haldra on devices you own or control, for your own use.

You may not resell the app, rent it out, reverse-engineer it, or attempt to extract its source code, except to the extent that law permits you to regardless of this restriction.

Subscriptions, trials and billing

Haldra requires a subscription. A free trial of 14 days is offered with the yearly plan.

Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies, not by us. We cannot issue a refund for a purchase we did not process.

What Haldra is not

Haldra is a personal tool for reflection. It is not medical advice, psychological treatment, therapy, or a substitute for care from a qualified professional. It does not diagnose anything and it cannot help in a crisis.

If you are struggling with addiction, self-harm, or thoughts of suicide, please contact a professional or a crisis service. In Australia, Lifeline is available on 13 11 14, at any hour.

Your content

Your goal, your reasons, your photos and your notes are yours. They stay on your device โ€” we never receive them and claim no rights over them. See our Privacy Policy.

Because your content is stored only on your phone, you are responsible for it. If you lose or reset your device, or uninstall the app, it cannot be recovered โ€” not by you and not by us.

Availability and changes

We may update Haldra, change its features, or stop offering it. If we discontinue it, we will not charge you for a subscription period you cannot use.

Guarantees and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability can be limited, our liability to you is limited to resupplying the app or paying the cost of having it resupplied.

Beyond those rights, Haldra is provided as it is. We do not promise that using it will change any outcome in your life, and we are not liable for choices you make while using it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
